For the third consecutive year, the Cesbe group is renewing its Great Place To Work certification. This recertification is cause for celebration and demonstrates the Cesbe group’s commitment to the development and recognition of its people.
GPTW certification recognizes the best workplace environments across more than 90 countries and offers a tool used to measure the company’s trust index from the perspective of employee experience. Through an annual survey, GPTW certification proves that the best companies to work for are more attractive, innovative and profitable.
In order to receive GPTW certification, it is necessary that a company be recognized by employees across five different evaluation criteria: Credibility of leadership; Respect for people (concern for the person and not only the professional); Impartial in treatment; Pride and Camaraderie.
