and Social Governance

We want to be part
of the change
the world needs.

Cesbe believes that in order to achieve good business, basic principles such as the adoption of measures aimed at preserving the environment and social responsibility and governance are essential difference makers. Our management policies and systems establish guidelines that minimize environmental impact and help to build a fairer and more responsible world for those around us. Additionally, these systems are used to seek out consistent improvements in our processes.

Management of the health and safety system, in addition to adhering to legal requirements, is based on controls implemented throughout all project stages, from planning, control and monitoring to continuous evaluation of the execution of works.

Cesbe was awarded first place in the Sesi Paraná Trophy for Best Practices in Health, Safety and Wellness due to our commitment to implementing processes in the area of health and operational safety in 2021 and received Great Place To Work certification for the third consecutive year. This recognition attests to the culture of trust and high level of performance and development that exists among our employees.
